Anyone knows how to kill Scylla in Madura Drift?

Jeunan with Dragonsbane does 40 damage

someone said Scylla drops the rare Ring of Clouds

how the hell am i supposed to kill that thing at level cap 32? they said she doesn't drop it if you use World tho

I'm going off hazy memory, but I think in the PSP version there was a unit on the Madura Drift map that was unaligned and didn't need to be killed.

Is the Scylla attacking you before you engage it? If it doesn't you might be able to just leave it alone. Could be a Crystal Dragon I'm thinking of or something else.

Probably a dumb question if it's actively attacking you first.

Yeah, there's always one in that battle. It's neutral unless you smack it, then it will stomp you. Mine was a Crystal Dragon. And guess who didn't remember that you couldn't recruit those?

So I basically blew half an hour chipping away at enemies and then prepping myself to take it on, whittled it down to baaarely any HP, and saw a fat 0% chance to recruit when my Beast Tamer was up. So disappointed, the thing had all the best healing spells, max rank, and like 3400 HP.

Was that the ice place? I kinda just had magic users and did finishers. I was around your level as well. Had poison on him at about 50% hp and just chipped away doing 100 per magic and 100 per finisher. Dead within a few turns

I was doing 100+ damage with special attacks by the time I faced it

No way in hell that b drops it. Chariot scummed it for an hour. All it drops was magic salve or a card.
