Cressida (Spoilers)

So I did the ridiculously hard battle to get her, after killing very few Galgastani (I only killed 89 of them which is tricky to say the least) and she pretty much told me to piss off.

Do the kills matter iin this version? In the PSP one, you had to keep a low Galgastani kill count, and you also gained Chaos Frame every time a Galgastani on your team was KO'ed and yep, I used only Galgastani and had quite a few of them drop along the way.

Has anyone gotten her yet?

Do kills even do anything for CF any more?

Would the "Death march" * (for those that remember that trick) be a waste of time now?

I didnt want to have to wait until post game to get her. But I REALLY dont want to waste hours on a death march only to find that it doesnt work now.

If anyone knows, plz help.

Best to just do it Post-Game when you can CODA back to a point that'll let you CF frame efficiently since CF resets back when you CODA.

From what i understand u can only recruit her on last chapter of the Chaos route and your rep with Galgastani needs to be positive im doing Death Runs atm i guess ill share my experiment in a few hours

I did the Death march to get my Galgastani's Chaos Frame over 60, took me like 40min with AoE spell and lucky Medidate on first turn. It worked, but it's tedious.

Yeah, death marches are some pretty classic soul-crushing grind. Back in PSP, I would just edit the galgastani chaos frame to be high enough to save time and boredom, because it is just a time sink. You could also tailor all your choices to be +Galgastan CF in dialogue, which is how I plan to do it.

Yeah I was dissapointed that I couldn't get her to join me after I had to brainstorm a way to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ help her survive as she gets 1 shot by her dad everytime. I never played the original so I have no idea how this stuff works, I just happened to run into that mission and wanted a necromancer :(

Just keep an eye out for a Generic Necromancer to recruit, they are human and should respond to the appropriate skill.

I guess now that you don't have to learn skills to transfer over, necros can be recruited in the field and used effectively. It wasn't that great in psp because you would need to be a wizard or warlock to learn the ability to cast anything besides necromancy, or get meditate, and then have the classmark to turn into a necromancer.

Their functionality isn't really to wreck things anyways, they are useful because you can recruit/create an undead army and play with all those awesome items, in my opinion.

So the death march still works? Thanks Kuja! I am just barely disliked by them. All I need is a little push. And I dont know which things give Galgastani rep otherwise (I have looks up lists, but there are so many different ones that contradict each other ect. that its less confusing this way).

Yeah but if that's all they can do in battle, they're not effective. They didn't even learn Dark Magic in psp unless the rando happened to already have it learned. Not being able to use poison or stun was somewhat of a deal breaker. Was basically like having a cleric that only works on undead.

"CODA"? I have seen this term. What does it mean here?

And what would be your suggestion to world back and do if I was to get her post game, and just not worry about who I slaughter? Because its frustrating always checking their nationality before every battle and skipping all those kills.

Man its really frustrating that they made Deneb WAY easier to get even as a Wicce this time, and Cressida as annoying as ever
