Windows 7 stopped being supported in 2020 and is a giant blackhole of security flaws...
Some SE games on PC still works on Windows 7 even if they don't have it mentioned in reqs so there is still hope.

In my experience the older titles I still love and want to play every now and then run much better on a machine of the same time period, using the predominant windows of said time. I know this because I tried it out. When we now consider the older hardware also consuming way less power, and the electricity prices at an all time high in my country thanks to Russia, I prefer to play low spec games on my old pc. And this game right here is very low spec. There is literally not a single reason why it has to be win 10/11 exclusive.
