How to open the Alien Techtree?

Ok, how do I open the Alien Techtree? I found some Alien buildings in the bligth but they need technology I dont have e.g. Robot Datakey, Alien Datakey, Virus Datakey.
I have nearly completed the other Techtree's but their is no mission or hint how to open the Alien Techtree.

one of the solvables that might appear in the blighted area is named 'console' which lets you use alien data key and in return you get a decryption key, doing so also unlocks the first alien tech tree, I have yet to be able to proceed further as the decryption key it gives me does not seem to work for other solvable.

but you can obtain Alien datakey from human data key once you've finished both human and alien tree.

Thanks, but I don't have an Alien Datakey and don't how to get one. I finished the Human Techtree.

My bad, you get to build the blight data key from human data key. use the blight data key to open the console
