The Ship Repair: High-Density Frames objective states I need 1000 but the sip only needs 400 to repair so the mission is stuck at 400/1000

Thanks for the report. This is a known but and will be fixed in the next build, you should still be able to fix the mothership but the mission itself wont update. You can check what else the mothership needs for repairs by selecting it in the unit list
