Game not start at all

Hello.

When i start game from steam, i see process desynced.exe in task manager with 0% cpu, 61mb ram consumption

Files checked successful, PC rebooted at night with usual windows updates, steam overlay, for test, disabled - no effect

Windows 10, 128gb ram, i9-13900k, 4070 Super Ti, nvme

updated nvidia driver to next version, reboot - solved
useful flag /log for see what happens
