Re-building the HQ?
So I meant to deconstruct something next to the HQ ... and of course, I clicked on the HQ by mistake. How do I rebuild it?

There isn't a way to rebuild it.
Reload a previous save (you get autosaves every minute)
Live with your mistake and just keep on progressing through the tech tree since no building is actually essential.
Deep into the game there comes a point where you can obtain another one, but its using game mechanics that you could consider to be content spoilers.

On the bright side, HQ is nothing more then large 2M factory with more cargo slots.
