Mothership Repair
I'm in the last phase of the game and I don't know how to send the materials to the mothership. Someone knows how to do it?

Best way is to set number to satelite with Ctrl+number to easly land it again and again
then you only need
1000 High-Density Frame
1000 Fused Electrodes
1000 Obysdian Chunks
1000 Low-Density Frame
1000 Blight Plasma
1000 Optic Cable
and you are done with it :)

WHAT!? I sent a satellite with each item and I fully repaired it. I feel dumb now.

i start the satelite several times with a filled up AMAC, but the stalite starts without the inventory. some hinds?

You need a Long Range Radar (Human Factory) und must set it one Slot of it to the Mothership (under Information). Then it should work

I tried using the radar with my unit to find mothership, and it didn't work, thinking I need to manually scout for it, but then, once I tried using building, voila.

How can you automate the landing and launch? Sucks having to go in, find the unit, land it, then launch it. And do that forever.

Edit, figured it out, You need to open the satellite in a separate window, I think I shift or CTRL clicked on the satellite when it was landed and added a behavior control to it, with the land, launch, wait ticks nodes. Then a behavior node and expansion slot to the launcher with the launch and wait ticks nodes. That has it automating now.

The AMAC needs a behavior controller to launch the satellite when full and the satellite needs to have a behavior controller with the land command looping so it lands as soon as it reaches space and delivers it's cargo. Simple enough, right?

Your next question is probably something along the lines of "How the F do I put a behavior controller on a satellite?" Excellent question, it can be done. It requires a lot poking to figure out on your own. Feel free to try - if you give up here are the strange steps that currently work.

If someone can find an simpler method please share:
  • Request a behavior controller to the AMAC.
  • Select your satellite on the AMAC by right clicking on it in the AMAC's hanger slot and using the select unit option.
  • Place the satellite in a control group so you can press a number to select the satellite immediately.
  • Manually pickup the behavior controller in the AMAC so it is on your mouse cursor.
  • Press your satellite control group number while the behavior controller is still on your cursor.
  • Drop the behavior controller into the satellites inventory.
  • Drag the behavior controller from the satellite's inventory to an internal slot.
  • Program your satellite.

For clarity, you need a behavior block on the AMAC and program it to Wait Ticks 30 -> Launch, then drag the right launch dot back to the left of Wait Ticks to create a loop. This will make the satellite launch every 30 ticks taking whatever is in the AMAC inventory with it.

The behavior block on the satellite is the same as the AMAC but instead of launch, it's land. This makes the satellite return every 30 ticks.

I am terrible at this lol I've created a loop of the same shuttle launching endlessly with no delivery of any goods to be instantly back on the launch pad with the behavior controller.. I need more belts splitters and mergers lol
