It means that to collect all achievements, you have to finish the game in extreme mode at least twice, with and without being hit. Guess how I discovered this. Trying to beat the game and get the achievement without getting bonked, Im about 50% ish the way through and so far so good, anybody else notice jimmy knows what room you go into even if hes not on the same floor as you? like if him and I are on floor 1 and i go to floor 2, i better have a key for the door or he books it straight into my room, or hope he doesn't bonk me in the wardrobe (i know don't hide in the bathroom or dark rooms) don't know if that's a bug with his AI...
