To tie in with White Woods
It looks nothing like the White Forest from the cards.
Still lazy and not worth the price asked imo.
Okay, correction. Someone in marketing realized that they just put out white forest and decided to tack it on to what was otherwise going to be their holiday field. Yippie skippy, they do this stuff every year, this time someone had a "clever" idea to market it with a recent release. There was no clear connection to white forest unlike the other fields that are themed. What this IS themed as...is the typical holiday field.
edit: I will say its lazy, I will say its scummy, I sincerely think its some guy probably going "oh hey, this is popular, this is the field, just market as white forest". That's not beyond konami's normal greedy tactics. However, this field was more so designed to appeal to the holiday, and its not like political correctness allows them to go "hey this is the Christmas field!" because you know, can't offend people. So white forest.
