Y'all be cheering for Maxx "C" getting limited..
and you will not stop whining until the card is banned, and then you will regret it. Y'all be looking at your opponent summon monsters like there's no tomorrow, unbothered by anything because what's the downside anyway? Nothing! I hope y'all keep the same enthusiasm when that happens.

No card in this game should have a 99% usage rate.

I don't play Maxx C in most of my decks, and the two that have it is because I haven't edited them in so long. I will have no regrets if/when it is banned fully.

Max C is only a problem card because entire YGH revolve around special summons from deck/hand/graveyard/banish zone. And then on top let opponent keep those cards he drew into his own turn instead of forcing him to discard until he only have 5 in his hand.
There's a reason why Maxx C was a niche anti-meta tech card for a long time, and not a staple.

It's been staple since release in every format. It was literally THE chase cards that split the casual players from the players with mega $$$ to blow on a playset of them.

maxx c to 1 in every format pls, my reason is because its funny and i want to see people scream "i lost to the 1 of (insert frustrating card) this game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ect"
Bruh, why can't people have a nuanced opinion on the matter? There are both good and bad things about maxx c. I don't think charmies are that good unless you are going 2nd deck and/or deck includes cards that discard cards. TCG and OCG have side decks, Master Duel is best of one. I personally think they should make something like Maxx C that isn't as overbearing and also has a different weaker effect when used against the turn 2 player.

Because to me, going 2nd and getting maxx ced is like the worse thing ever, especially after waiting for like 50 years for the 1st turn player to finish their turn. I assume they are going to keep maxx c (unless they introduce new cards or something) because I think Konami's goal for Master Duel is to keep turn times down If they can. They just testing things for now...

People already do that with floodgates, most of them are limited to 1 and they still cry about em.

It's funny, but they just inevitably get banned anyways because combo players are incapable of adapting.

there are some floods u can play around but in general they turn the game into big bungus beats or u auto lose to that said floodgate, so floods in most cases are an awful experience for everyone, but maxx c on the other hand has some leeway like going plan B or winning the mini-game/ drolling yourself, i'm not saying that maxx c is fair or balanced but its fine at 1, i personally feel like if u lose to something u should try to find a solution to your problem instead of crying "ban this card:STARTLEDSHESLIME:":Etna:

It was a side deck card on release format still slow enough that you could set a card and expect not to lose
