It is a link archetype focused on the use of equip spell cards.
Archetypes that focus on equip spells are a rarity, and evil eye is the only link archetype that does this. If you're interested in both of these things, you'll like the archetype.
For more information, read the cards. I only know the most superficial part of the archetype.
Two Link bosses, one is a negate-engine and the other is a Towers. Counter Trap that is an omninegate that cannot be negated. Main limiting factor is that one or both of the Evil Eye equips must exist on the field; there's lots of ways to search both and both are able to recycle themselves. All Fiends too, so they play well with Unchained and eventually Fiendsmith.
It does look like fun.
I should actually put that in my list of archetypes I wanna try out, I'll get to it one day hopefully.
I have Yubel and Unchained. They also get a boost from Fiendsmith.
Basically if you are a fiend deck, you are about to see serious competitive play.
