Evil Eye is fun.
Playing it for my link deck in the event since the Loaner exists.

It is a link archetype focused on the use of equip spell cards.

I'm fascinated. Please continue...
Feels kinda weird to have a pure link-based Evil Eye list running around since they synergize so well with rank 3s, but I’m glad people are enjoying it, it’s been one of my pet decks since Unleashed dropped.

Archetypes that focus on equip spells are a rarity, and evil eye is the only link archetype that does this. If you're interested in both of these things, you'll like the archetype.

For more information, read the cards. I only know the most superficial part of the archetype.

It's also a "power at a price" archetype, where you're constantly paying life points because the only one that matters is the last one.

Two Link bosses, one is a negate-engine and the other is a Towers. Counter Trap that is an omninegate that cannot be negated. Main limiting factor is that one or both of the Evil Eye equips must exist on the field; there's lots of ways to search both and both are able to recycle themselves. All Fiends too, so they play well with Unchained and eventually Fiendsmith.

I made a 12000 atk monster. Which was fun. Watching the effects trigger and boost the boss you equipped is just, awesome.

Until the opponent flips their trap card and destroys the monster, making you feel deep sorrow.

Evil Eye was always a deck i would like to build, but never got around to.

It does look like fun.

Its immune to destruction thanks to the equip spell. They need to banish it or something. Also no Targeting.

I've been considering giving it a look, seems interesting but sadly I lack the deck slots lol.

I should actually put that in my list of archetypes I wanna try out, I'll get to it one day hopefully.
I was glancing at Evil Eye, pun intended, I do seem to have the Engine for it.
I have Yubel and Unchained. They also get a boost from Fiendsmith.
Basically if you are a fiend deck, you are about to see serious competitive play.

Until the opponent flips their trap card and destroys sends the monster (to the graveyard), making you feel deep sorrow.
