For real.
Like, I am fan of mixing archetypes together, but there's just no synergy with the level monsters and gadgets lol.
Especially if the AI gets Dark Magic Circle online.
EDIT: I did have some fun with the Court of Cards decks tho, those were fun and I love to craft them if I was not so strapped for resources.
How I beat the A.I was I got the Field spell(Palace) in conjunction with Elemental Training(good trap), then I used Palace to load up my grave with the main sabers while I special summoned both of my Lapauila Manas' boosted them up to 3,600 atk and after my battle phases finally came back I swung for game.
My biggest complaint is how long some of these duels can take. The above strat took around 30 mins.(admittedly I wasn't that familiar with this deck, but thats where there is some fun in this, in learning about Archetypes u haven't played much of before).
If both sides' decks were equally bricky by using only legacy cards it wouldn't be as bad.
Yes we know they don't want to just give us the win in solo mode, but at least give us a reliable chance and not praying for an AI brick to win with the Loaners.
Not sure if this is coincidence or if players already do leave Loaner play until last in the gates but I find if you complete the Gate with your deck before the Loaner it has lowered the replay time?
