Is this a bug?

i cant find rulling, but i think this is a bug.

So my opponent was use Pot of Duality and after that, the opponent summon 2 true dracofighter. how? maybe my opponent was hack the game? or this is a knowed bug, to be honest i dont know this card mechanic, is this summon its special or normal? ether way, cant be 2 time i guess, no 2nd normal

It's a tribute summon, so Pot of Duality doesn't block it. As for a double normal summon, he may have had an effect in play.

Tribute summons are not special summons. True Dracos mainly use tribute summons. Their continuous spells and traps allow them to perform an extra tribute summon(s) during either player's main phase.

ah ok,so i missed that 1, hm okok.

Anyway there is 1 more bug, or not, not sure, so i love cyber dragon, amd power bond, i was read it fully the power bond, so i know how to work.
In the field was like this, 1 Nova 1 real cyber dragon and 2 small machine cyber named dragon, it was change name on field to cyber dragon "i think it was Cyber Dragon Nachster and Cyber Dragon Core", i try to special summon 1 Chimeratech Rampage Dragon, try use the 2 named cyber to sum it, even with the real 1, i cant summon the rampage so i was try to use 3 2 named and 1 real, still cant, with overload fusion, was can do it, just in power bond cant, something not right on power bond.

i mean this bug its only on chimeratech rampage dragon have, if i pick cyber twin dragon, all ok, with power bond, and same with overload fusion, i can choice 2 name changed cyber dragon monster in anywhere, only in power bond have issue with rampage. in name changed cyber dragon.i can choice those monster, but its not accept it as a 2nd material, if i choice 2 real cyber dragon all ok, can finish the fusion summon. but name changed cyber dragon, cant finish it.

was choice rampage dragon. and you can see nach name its changed to cyber dragon only.

Man I had the same problem with XYZ Lyrilusc once, since they need 2+ Level 1 monsters I couldn't xyz summoning correctly until I discovered there's a blue "Decide" button in the middle, they should make the button bigger or with a different color lol
