If you need more FPS, use FSR 3 Frame Gen mod.
Game will look much better with no FPS difference.
For Sharper and better image, use Extreme Preset. ( Difference between Extreme and Ultra Preset is clearly visible on higher resolution. )
Thanks, I will try it. And yes, everything is maxed out in game settings.
1. Make sure that in game resolution is actually set to 1920x1080
2. Make sure that Shading Rate is set to at least 1.0 (Increasing this beyond 1.0 is actually the most effective way to improve sharpness but it is very performance heavy)
3. Disable VRS
But I changed my resolution to 2880P !!! ( DLDSR @4K @ DLSS Performance) and you can clearly see the difference.
I was on Caspian region. At Ultra Preset , things looked kinda blurry and the far objects had a lot of aliasing ( even with DLSS ). Changed to Extreme Preset and Everything was as sharp as a "Crovo's Blade"
If you are on NVIDIA, I recommend you to use DLDSR+DLSS combination. It's by far the best Upsampling and Downsampling combination that enhances every texture and gives best image quality.
I updated DLSS to version 3.5, but it didn't help, besides, I wasn't planning to use DLSS at all, because for Full HD resolution it's a bit pointless... Turning DLSS on only gets things worse graphics wise.
The game only looks acceptable after increasing the shading rate to x4 and forcing motion blurr to be disabled in the config file, but due to the drastic performance drop, the game is unplayable with this setting. And just look at the low resolution clouds...

Hmm, I know Game will NOT look better with DLSS on 1080P, That's why I said to use DLDSR+DLSS Combination.
What you are doing now is just using DLSS @ 1080P.
Goto NVCP, Enable DSR Factor @1.78X DL ( CHOOSE FROM DL SCALING. ) ( This will enable DLDSR. )
A new resolution ( 1440P ) will be available in Game's Resolution Settings. Change to that Resolution and use DLSS @ Balanced in-game.
So, What I meant was to use DLDSR along with DLSS.
Using ONLY DLSS will not solve this problem. You have to use DLDSR @1.78x.
You can also watch videos on how to use DLDSR.
Oh, your previous mention about DLDSR somehow went over my head, sorry.
Turning on DLDSR x1,78 + DLSS Quality actually helped a lot, game looks a lot better now...Still far from perfect, but somewhat acceptable. Objects in the distance are still out of focus, when standing still the game is looking crisp and sharp, but it gets bad during the movement, everything gets blurry and pixelated.
The strange thing is that these problems do not occur in closed locations.
This whole thing is just weird, the game shouldn'tlook that bad in native Full HD with DLSS off...
If you have updated to DLSS 3.5.10 and it's still blurry, then
Change DLScaling to 2.25X in NVCP. New resolution of 1620P will be available and change to that resolution in-game. Use DLSS @ Balanced.
Check if it's still blurry. If so,
Then Follow these steps.
1. Make sure game is at EXTREME PRESET. ( QUALITY = EXTREME )
2. DISABLE VRS in-game. Set it to OFF.
3. DISABLE MOTION BLUR.
If still blurry. THIS IS FINAL FIX WHICH WILL 99% fix this problem.
Here comes DLSSTweaks to rescue.
Download DLSSTweaks from NEXUSMODS. and use it to SET DLSS PRESET "C" for this game.
You can watch many videos on how to use DLSSTweaks.
