Unable to run Enhanced Edition

I am able to run normal edition.
But every time I try to run enhanced edition, fatal error was resulted.
Anyone have same situation?
Please share any way out. Many thanks.
Also, may I know the difference between enhanced edition and normal edition?

You need RTX card, if you have RTX then maybe you have to upgrade CPU because it's bottleging

Enhanced Edition requires you have an RTX graphics card, i have a 3050 but it still crashed on first launch however after that it's running fine

though it's a shame for people without Raytracing compatible graphics card since the normal version is full of bugs that the enhanced edition fixed

Having the same problem here, I figured out how to get the game to load and "work" but every time I open the video settings the game crashes without fail. I've reinstalled the game several times, messed with every file setting I could think of, I even downgraded my drivers but still no dice. If you want a "fix" that worked for me go to "C:\Users\(name)\Saved Games\metro exodus" then open "user.cfg" and set "r_fullscreen 1" to "r_fullscreen 0". Then lastly don't run the game in safe mode, this will cause an immediate crash just as before

I would also like to add that I'm getting the same crash in normal edition and Last Light for some reason, only difference is Last Light doesn't open a crash report window it just closes. I haven't tested 2033 and I don't intend to, I was up for three hours trying and failing to fix this last night so I'm done.

Cant use my PS5 controller on this one enhanced because not set as the other one because rubbish gyro set on for some reason and messing with game and is the default setting.And turn gyro off and still some buttons actions not work as should.Crappy.
