Game mode causes issues for majority of titles out there, it's a feature that's recommended to be disabled by default as it messes with regular processes in the background while you're playing, which in return affects overall framerate.
In the words of the wise one: Just let your processor, be a processor.
Which evidently Windows refuses to understand.
Disable Fast boot in BIOS and in Windows - Hardware and Sounds - Power Options - System Settings - Choose what Power Buttons do - Turn on fast start-up (turn that off)
Windows hibernation is known to cause severe desync in drivers (especially Nvidia's) since time immemorial. If that doesn't resolve the issue then your stuttering issues are present from a different source.
thanks but it didn't work :(, I've tried everything but nothing seems to work, the funny thing is that I played it for the first time in August of last year with this same PC and I didn't have any problems, well maybe the universe doesn't want me to play it again maybe hahaha
Sad to hear, I just wasn't throwing info randomly around - I used this method for my own stuttering issues and they disappeared so your issue sounded similar to one of my quick fixes.. hopefully you figure out where it comes from. Game is actually pretty okay from a technical standpoint.
