Performance in this vs standard edition

Which version of the game has better performance? Enhanced or standard?

That's debatable. This game is better optimised for ray tracing but this game is strictly for ray tracing GPU's only. The OG runs better without ray tracing. It's your choice.

rtx 2 series and over it can run great depending on your moniter refresh rate and ingame settings,always turn off hairworks and ssa these can kill frames,personally both editions are awsome and beautifull looking editions,personally i find running the enhanced edition more pleasing to the eyes with tessalation on^^

i have 2060 6gb rtx
ee runs WAY better for me i can max out the game at 2560x1440 and get playable fps

I got a 3070 and can play it fully maxed for everything at 1080p and it runs great. No stutter or anything. Only spot I had an issue was in one spot where I also had an issue in original version of the game on a 1080. For some reason that one area at the end of a fight just as cut-scene is kicking in lags massively. It's a maybe 3 second part that bogs down to about 20 seconds and then back to normal. Both versions of the game with and without ray tracing. Two different computers.

Simple, if you have an RTX card play EE if not play the original. Performance is pretty much the same with either version.

Enhanced is more demanding if you have standard GPU or even rt GPU you can play standard version for a plus performance

I just try the enhanced, but it runs perfectly. I put extreme, in 2k resolution, every Ray tracing maximum, everything maximum and I'm over 250 FPS, I need to limit the FPS to not melt my 4090 -.-

It run perfectly, but the standard look way better IMO
