Game breaking glitch

So I have a game breaking glitch that i can't fix and I didn't found any informations on how
to fix it. Basically, when I started playing the game I already had few issues with the controls (i'm using a mouse and a keyboard), sometimes it would lock me on the throwables menu selection and I could not move my camera or switch guns. Or sometimes my character would just take out the flashlight reloader out of nowhere and i would not be able to take out my weapons back. So each time I had those bugs, I reloaded a previous save game and it would be fixed but it is quite bothering and immersion breaking. But now I have a bigger problem. It started during the Iamantaou level. So during that level, all of my weapons dissapeared and I could not take those back. I basically can't do anything aside from walking, sprinting and crouching. And when I press the key for some item, it will show me the icon of the item that I selected but nothing will happen. And when I reloaded my save i would still have the same problem. But i managed to fix it while stealth killing an enemy. But then I started the Caspian level and everything was fine, i went on top of the building and fighted the thug but then it would happen again. So i reloaded a save but it would still have this bug. So i restarded the chapter and everything was fine. Then i saved and exited the game. And today I relaunched my save and it's here even when the glitch was not occuring. So I restarted the chapter again and as soon as I exited the train, I saved and reloaded it and the glitch happened. So please can you help me fix this problem ? I already reinstalled the game and checked the game files. I don't know what to do and I it is really bothering me because I still really enjoyed the game even with all those issues.

sounds like your save file is causing this somehow - we would suggest restarting with a clean save, head to the pinned support post if that doesn't work.

After doing a reset and deleting the game save, the problem is the same

I have this same bug. When I load the game my gun is "floating" in the air, HUD is invisible and I can't interact with anything. Only way to fix this is to load different saves 5-6 times. Then at some point I'm able to interact and to pick my floating gun back.

This is very frustrating and I'm constantly stressed that at some point the bug will completely break the game.
