you should be able to get max everything in ME:EE , depending on your other specs?
Not necessarily true, even at 60Hz, a framerate above 60 will decrease latency and will offer increased temporal resolution.
anything in particular you did? anything on ultra and it stutters lol. It's 85% stable at high tho but it's annoying when they occur.
It's a SP game, so wasted efforts above 60.
I am not experienced to know for sure, but other games seem to have a smaller spread between average and 99% fps - I assume the stutter I see is my system ping ponging between these extremes.
Pretty annoying indeed. It's not constant but it's frustrating when they happen. Kinda distracting from an otherwise nice game so far.
Try turning them off and see if that will help.
Quality high, Raytracing high, DLSS performance, VRS 2X, Hairworks off, tessellation on.
It is playable with no problems, except it cause GPU fan to go crazy.
So most importantly, if you want performance with high settings. Go into Nvidia control panel and limit the framerate to 60.
And it become perfect, no more throttling fan...I just hope more game devs give us the option to limit framerate ingame.
I turned off motion blur though... just b/c I think I prefer game without it.
Edit: I fixed it: I'm on a 12700k, disabling the E-cores fixed the issue
