Besides.. do you think A4 did that for PCs? No, this enhanced version was made for PS5 and Xbox Series X, that are ray tracing capable and they both run at 4k 60fps. They gave this for free on PC for existing users because why not? Why the hell PC butt hurt users need to complain about? If wasn't for the consoles being now RT capable, this version wouldn't even exist as the original already had some ray tracing implementation for PC RTX.
This version has no other enhancements. It's for ray tracing only. If you could install this version and turn it off, it would be redundant because it would be just like the version you already have. Play that one.
yea I know about the original I played it already, but they still could have at least made the RT optional enable/disable, I wasn't expecting to run RT on enhanced edition, I was hoping they fixed the issues that original had with enhanced edition and that doesn't seem to be the case :/
The primary change in this edition is the engine change. The new 4A engine doesn't function without RT capable hardware, and they stated that all future 4A games will be developed with this in mind.
