personally i wouldnt use geforce experience. but its up to your own choice
i use driver slimmer and just install the driver and physx and any other items you may need, and remove the bloat

i would set everything to extreme ultra max. vrs off dlss at quality of off if you can
hairworks tessellation and phys x on

and am getting avg 70, max 140 on a 3440 x 1440 with everything on max. I do have resizable bar activated also.
As far as the ray tracing meme tanking performance? actually not too bad.
I rarely use Geforce exp but for some reason it works very good with this version. I took your advice, extreme, ultra across the board and quality for dlss @1440p. These are what geforce exp recommended and to my surprise the game looks and runs great.
