Crashing Upon Launch

Hello! I have an issue where upon launching the game I get 2 error messages:
-Graphics device does not support DXR1.1 or above.
-Graphics device does not support 16bit floating point arithmetic
I've looked on the internet and most people said that they got this message because their windows was outdated and they needed to update to Windows 20h2 for it to work. I updated my windows aswell, the current version is 21h1 yet it doesn't work.

When I click on "Run Anyway" (Ignoring the error messages) my game starts to load, the opening credits scene plays, after that I get a "Please Wait" loading scene and then my game crashes.

I've tried launching it in safe mode, updating Windows, drivers, verifying game files, yet nothing worked. Is there a solution to this?

-Ryzen 5 1600x
-16 gb DDR4 2933 MHz RAM

Enhanced Edition requires an RT capable card (DXR 1.1), something your 1070ti is not capable of.

So that means I can only play the normal version, not the enhanced one, right?

Hi I have same problem and I solved it after update to windows 20H2
MY PC specs:
3800X+RTX2070+32GB 2666 RAM

You can not play this game on a non RTX card. Also a 8 core CPU is recommended. Download the base game....

my machine amd ryzen 9 5900x- rtx strix 3090oc driver 465.89. - 32ram and 3440x144p hdr. win 10 pro 1909
i think is the win version. can someone confirm pls

I have a RTX 2080 and I still can't run this crap. Just another broken game by the looks of it...

I have a 2070 and have never had a crash over my 51hrs of playtime with maxed graphics 1080p.

Something that seems to stick out to me, seemingly most people reporting crashes have AMD CPUs

16GB RAM
RTX2070

232 hrs, only time the game crashes is while running a GPU OC.

32GB Ram
RTX 2080 Ti

Guys, the reason why I constantly crashed is already specified, I have a GTX graphics card which isn't compatible with the Enhanced Edition, you need to have an RTX

Nearly identical specs, and same problem, game crashes upon launch, saying my comp doesn't meet minimum requirements, extremely annoying. Guess I'm gonna have to update my comp sometime soon. Or uninstall it..... doh.
