black screen

hi i normally played 15 hours have all drivers , and now i cant play black screen at start no internet tips resolved my problem i tried delete files at common , i tried close cloud system nothing help now downloading again the game , maybe new drivers for 3090 naraka bladepoint ruin the game ?

i have no idea how i fixed it i was angry - i changed screen resolution - i changed gamma - i went down the settings switching whatever on and off - and off to on. got totally out of game also rebooted stream and wow it worked - sorry i didn't write down what i did - i did not expect it to work. lol

I can confirm after updating the laster nvidia drivers the loading times for launching the game is increased significantly and some times "program not responding" windows message pops out. But eventually game always launches correclty. I deleted the intro sequence files, maybe that somehow changes something.
