But ideally you should be able to keep your spirit in the positive and get it maxed out for Spirit Attack. Which if you are able to do so very well, then Unstoppable Force becomes basically worthless. If you really want to constantly be spamming spells/buffs and stuff which results staying in the negative then Wood for duration for this buff or Metal to lower the cost can help.
If you are getting into low Spirit due to blocking, I also suggest to use Cloud Stance from Water phase. It reduces cost of blocking.
Both buffs last relatively long, Cloud Stance for sure, so they are good for boss fight as well as general clearing.
Be aware that these can be also found in sub-missions so you should clear those as well. I definitely got few from there.
Cheers again, do we start with Dragon Cure Pot 0 or +1? I believe am missing at least 3 essences too in missions that I have completed - any way to identify which missions like the spring indicator in Nioh?
For healing, just find the upgrades to the Dragon Cure Potion. It starts at 3 charges for 150HP. If you find them all it will be 10 charges for 400HP each.
+0
And nope, no indicators for missing Dragon Essence/Crystal, bears, notes or Cicadas.
Man of Benevolence or you got a vid to share?
outside of that i got these accessories

so this whole build revolves around hp recovery and also building buffs for yourself passively. if you look at the first embedment its ''Spirit Fervor Upon HP Recovery'' which means every time you recover even the slightest bit of health you then neutrally gain more passive spirit. combining that we got ''HP recovery upon deflection'', this alone paired with spirit fervor will be just op by itself; both of these combined practically allows you to be in the opponent's face infinitely as long as youre good at deflecting you never need to back off.
Moving to the other accessory the key factor of this one is the ''HP restoration from melee attack damage'' although its a B tier it still works good and if youre able to find a better rarity of that same embedment then thats even better. so to recap these three unique embedments all combined practically allows you to recover health on both attacking and deflecting whilst giving you passive spirit gain, youre then almost immortal at that point.
now you might be thinking well what about critical blows? thats why the weapon embedment that i have causes hp recovery upon that also so now youre essentially protected from anything as long as you dont get hit. naturally you can make this build better in the way of armor embedments.
I know, except have not seen those 2 rare special effects in @Ushiro's screen shots.
