Of all the weapons I've gotten so far, Cao Cao's Heaven's Reliance is by far the best. It's so far above everything it's ridiculous. The straight sword moveset is the best in the game I've found, being the perfect combination of fast and strong, and still with enough reach on the heavy attack to catch those mobs always trying to step away after a combo. Its first special is super fast, flips you in the sky so you avoid most hits while you're up there, and you can use heavy attack to come down from there inflicting an absolute ton of damage while barely ever being hit. Its second special meanwhile is also super fast and does a ton of damage while flipping you back for some precious distance to heal or cast spells. Also it comes with an ice enchant built in, which is insane since chill seems to be one of the best debuffs in the game, while what seems like 95% of all the dangerous buffs enemies have are fire buffs and this sword just puts them right out with normal attacks.
Cao Cao because his set bonus shows flags.
I need to get a fancy pants bow from one of the recruits even though ammo is an issue.
