Same, game is too easy, combat too simplified Vs nioh. Still a decent soulslike I would say but still I think so far I find nioh better but we will see how endgame looks like

Wo Long is unfortunately not Nioh 3. It looks worse, it plays very differently. It is almost shocking to see developer who had near-perfect ARPG blueprint in form of Nioh 2 to release Wo Long that is a mishmash of different approaches to ARPG and the game just barely works. I like new Morale system but it is far too little to make this game interesting and lasting.

I for one don't, I love Nioh cuz it's as little as Souls games as possible (if you know how to play it) and was expecting that Wo long expanded on its excellent ideas and mechanics and fixed most issues Nioh games had, but now, all we're left with is an anemic Nioh stripped off all its goodness with a pinch of Sekiro (but less satisfying and tight).. Have you played the game? Its not that barebones. People are certainly lamenting its lowered complexity or depth compared to Nioh, (I am!) but its not bare-boned to -that- extent.
