Is PriMa harder than any Souls boss?

Whoever designed him and his moveset needs to work on more monsters prim malzeno is peak, infact prim malzeno is #1 for me and fatalis second. Hoping he returns to wilds at some point since he is a flagship monster.

does flagship monster get better chances to showed up on the latest games even though its not from a Main series games?

For me it just made me double down and master IG use, and learn his pattern. Though I get a little apprehensive when a lobby I'm in queues him up because I know I'll be okay, I'm unsure of everyone else though.
