also it's a very different type of game, god of war is kind of a one and done (which i assume alot of people just watched on youtube so they have basically experienced everything), MH as a game series in general kind of lasts for a very long time that is the whole draw, you can grind for as long as you want atleast imo (so it is enjoyable even if you know everything about it)
Both... Both is good
Not only that, the top seller list doesn't even count "most copies sold", it counts most money made, and God of War is cheaper than MH Rise, so you'd better believe it's selling a LOT more.
