I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but in the DHCP server on "Safe Tech" you have 230 allowance of security intrusion. Downloading the software costs 5. Each enemy must be destroyed at least once, so 10*15 = 150 De-allocating a space costs 10. Assuming that the solution (to have a turn with 0 enemies at the start of the turn) is to dealloc 9 of the spawn points and stand on the 10th, then that's 9*10=90. Which gives us a total of 245/230? is there any way to play in a window? fullscreen makes game elements pretty huge on my monitor and makes it hard to play, and because the game always uses the full screen, I can't seem to get around this by changing resolution.

I just lost an early mission to do a dumb misclick and I'd like to redo it. I don't see how, is that not an option?
