I really wanted to play this game in online multiplayer but hosting a private match isn't possible due to the game crashing instantly as soon as you click it and "quick match" doesn't do anything :/

If this is just a re-release with a few more levels, can owners of the original get a discount to just pay for new content?

Says on the store page that there is new content and a few new levels. What exactly is the new content and how many new levels are there? Are they for PvP only? Is it just the survival mode from toy soldiers complete? What is new?
