I think more specifically, what I'd want is fully voiced VNs that actually keep up a conversational pace. THAT is extremely rare - even when you get voice acting, there's often extreme delays before and after every sentence for the sake of dramatic pausing, even though the only thing the viewer is waiting on is more dialogue.
