Iris
Iris is bugged to keep 'giving' me a nutrient salve for the questline to help Reed... But:
a) won't actually give me said salve
b) the quest has expired and she's still saying it
c) I can't complete any other quests for Iris because of the glitch
d) I can't improve my relationship with Iris because of above.

I've just run into this problem and haven't been able to find a way to fix it :(

Just managed to fix Iris in my save, see my other thread if you can for what I did
