Pretty sure I'm in the right place. Spent a full 30 in game days at 15 minutes each checking this location give or take. That's about 8 hours of my day. Kinda ticked off this place isn't respawning at all especially when I need some extra stone to finish up the barn we're working on.

Needless to say we've devolved into creating alternate characters to create new maps and invite eachother to clear out the farms to resolve this little snafu. But for those of us out there without the addition of a +1. Sorry for your loss.

No shade to sling, just upset. Hope it gets fixed.

Oh, I was just about to report this bug myself. Recently I recreated my singleplayer world and when I got to Nelvari I was a little surprised that in that location I only had regular elven trees and surprisingly sandy dolars, starfish, shells and seaweed spawned.
