Snaccoons/Ore Munchers not registering as fed

I've tried restarting the game, advancing to the next day, etc.

nothing works. the screen fades to black and the critter is gone, but if I leave the screen and reuturn they're back (I also don't get the plush from the snaccoon)

and the Ore Muncher? he goes away but the cart won't let me go to the next floor, and again, if I leave and return he's back.

anyone else have this issue? anyone have a fix?

I can 100% say this is not the case for me. The only person I play MP with already had both the snaccoon and the ore muncher cleared before I joined their game

they are actually slighty mistaken.

thats a way to pass on the glitch. You have a friend make a sacrifice character and they come and feed the snacoon, they now have the bug instead. Doesnt work on ore munchers tho

the current patch is really broken, everyone has the glitch

I had read this and haven't had a chance to give it a test for my own broken mine. Appreciate the clarification.
