"Inform the Archmage" quest reappeared after being cleared and won't go away

I completed all the alters and confronted Dynus which triggered the first "Inform the Archmage" quest, which I completed. When I fought Dynus and/or spoke to the Altar Keeper, it triggered the "Inform the Archmage" quest again (I am unsure which action renewed the quest). Every time I go to town hall, it doesn't trigger the rest of the quest (since I already completed it I'm assuming). How do I remove it from the quest log???

Yup, stuck on this one, too! Overlapped the quest and I was able to do it twice but then now it's just stuck there and won't disappear.
