Items sold at Portal disappeared with no income

I had the lantern event, and had sold items on the portal before the event which is about 5K worth, after the event i was doing something and passed out, the next day was a changed of season and I noticed my gold didnt increase but the items on the portal disappeared!

Same thing happened to me, except it wasn't during the festival. Mine happened on day 25 or Summer. I passed out in my barn, and although my items were gone from the selling portal, I did not get the $80,000 from the 300ish peppers I had put in. Sad day.
