Can't talk to Rex

Hi. I'm at the begining of the game (4th day) and i can't talk to the NPC called Rex anymore. The bubble with "Y" on console and "E" appear and Rex turn where i am but there is nothing else. No Sell & buy, no dialogue, nothing but i can talk to anyone else.

Does this often happen ?

That happened to me with several characters, I think it was because I changed the language to spanish, but after going back to english it fixed itself. I don't know if it was specifically related to the language, but you could try to change it just in case. (The problem is that, every now and then some of the dialogues will still be in spanish, usually the "No problem" after doing someone a favor)
