Achievements regarding the Moon Dragon
So there are two achievement: Appeasing the Moon Dragon and Defeating the Moon Dragon

Can I get achievement for both in one run? Can I defeat him and then complete the altars?

Yeah you can get both and you can battle Dynus as many times as you want

You can only do both if you do the altars first and complete the quest until you recive "Appeasing the Moon Dragon". Then talk to Dynus again for the battle, doing the battle first cancels out "Appeasing the Moon Dragon" completly for the run.

Does battling him after doing the entire peaceful route screw up the story or is it consequence-free?
