i cant find deadstone anywhere

Isn't there a place in Withergate where we can collect deadstones? or elvenstone in nel'vari?

Yea, for elvenstone you need to discover the mines that on the far right of the map and up a long staircase. There you will need mythril, adamante, or sunite keys to enter. For deadstone, go out of the apartments, and to the right there's a subway sign, take that and talk to the big intimidating looking guy for a "ticket" The bigger the ticket, the better the rocks and goodies.
