Race based dialouge

Was reading reddit posts and apparently the writting is all over the place with races?

Like if you're playing an elf and you get to the point the elf village opens up the towns folks start explaining elves to you like your not one.

There is no dialogue option when playing a water elemental when you enter the underwater region.

That was a month ago, has this been changed or is it still like that?

You're a city elf, not an elf from Nel'Vari, like the elf you got the grapes from.

I think the water region in general didn't had an Interaction with your race if i remember correctly

If you are a demon, when you go to Withergate there are a couple race specific options. But mostly about how they don't trust you because you've been hanging out with humans.
