How to unlock the next row of hearts?

i had like 70 hearts before patch but now i have 10 and the second row is locked... how do u unlock these?

this last patch was effectively a nerf patch with some minor bug fixes

undid hearts with NPCs
doubled the mines, so if you had 25 unlocked you had to unlock 25 more...

which would be 5 copper, 5 iron, 10 adamant, 15 mithril, 14 sun or whatever it is
instead of 10, 10, 10, 10 and 9

not true, you have to buy the love letter from the town hall, then present it to the romance, you should be able to get to 15. im assuming when you get to 15 you need to buy the wedding ring and propose, one you get 20 hearts from the 15 you should be able to have your wedding

you have the wedding the day after you propose :)
