Threw Away Kings Lost Mine Key

Hey guys, i was a bit confused, i had the key with me a few days and then i just threw it away because i didnt found anything to open. how do i get the key back? is there any way?

Does the alter regive? If not bug report it, thats kind of an over site

That is terrible, and I'm sorry you have to start over (if indeed you do), but why on earth would you have thrown away a key????

I can't even throw away keys irl for houses I lived in twenty years ago -- and they actually take up space in a drawer. The thought of throwing away a key in a game just because I don't know what it opens makes my head explode.

its not giving any keys again as its finished.

idk, the dungeon keys saying you may discard it. the kings key i was thinking is for opening up the mine in the witherlands but well it was not. and thats why i threw it away. didnt found a use for it.

The game should have separate inventory space set aside as a 'Key Ring' where all the keys (whether for quest items or not) would be stored. That way they couldn't be accidentally removed from inventory. I'm having my own issues with the black screen of death when I'm at least 8 to 10 hours into a day and I'm losing my progress. It's nothing to losing an entire game's progress, but it is aggravating as I think this bug's been around for a long time.

You can get a mod on nexus that enables the ability to add anything to your inventory. You can use that to work around it

this guy helped me, he gave me his key, it worked.
