Too stupid for record player

my friends and I can't figure out how to switch records on the record player. we've tried tools, left click, right click. 'E' turns it on and off obviously.

you just hold the record you want to play, then hit E at the record player :) whichever record in your hand will be the one that plays

And similar to wallpaper, the disc does not get used up or taken out of your inventory, it just gets applied to the record player and then you can store the disc separately.
