honest question: What to do with money?

Hi, I'm on fall, year one.
I have never tried to optimize my money makeing, because I play to chill and relax, but I already donated 20000 to the museon, have a tier 3 house, tier 3 barn and coop. And honestly, I don't know what to do with the money I get.

Aside from cloths and pushs, i don't see anything important to purchase. Is there something usefull late game, or that's it?

If you havent been going through all the food recipes to up your stats, thats an option. About 3-5 of each food is a good stopping point, and both the tavern and cafe sell a few unique foods/ones that are easier to buy than cook. I think some of the cafe's menu rotates daily as well, or at least theres limited stock of them.
I believe gold can be traded for dubloons for all the brinestone deep items you'd want as well
Theres also pets/furniture/clothes that rotate, but you pretty much already listed most of those
