Sun Haven: Missing items and nothing in the farm

I've booted up the game for the first time in forever. I've tried to boot up the older characters I've played on when I first got the game and it just loads me in with a blank model no race features or anything on my character. In addition I don't have anything on the farm and no trees or bolders or smaller rocks are visible either.

I'm not really sure what happened to the game but I've tried just about everything I can think of and I tried making serveral new characters and nothing seems to fix the problem. The major thing I've noticed is that they don't ask me to place my house and instead they just leave and let me move around and jump and move around on the map.

Some of the other issues with this is that I'm not allowed to craft items or have a weapon or any tools. While I have free mobility and can go anywhere I want I just have no way to level up any skills other than exploration and also don't have my charm you should get by completing the intro when you choose a charm you want.

If even the new characters in a new worlds have the same problems, better let Steam verify the game files.

I have done this but I have now continued to do this several more times now and it hasn't fixed anything sadly. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall the game and it doesn't do any good. The farm bridge is gone and so is everything on the farm no matter what I try to do to fix it the problem still seems to persist. I thought about messing with the game files but I don't think it would make any difference since I didn't have any old files worth saving.

Huh. Any mods installed? If you deinstall the game, make sure to delete every files and folders which are still there. (if any)
Then install the game again.

If the game still doesn't work ... well, better create a thread in the bug report section and hope the best. Maybe also ask in their Discord server.
It might help to also share a save file.

I will do, thanks for the help I haven't tried deleting everything out like that but if it still has the problem I'll save the old file and be sure to provide it so someone will be able to help with this hopefully.
