Suggestion: Have greenhouses immune to seasonal problems

I just started using greenhouses, and I found it strange that my crops where frozen in the Spring Greenhouse during winter. I assumed that crops in there would be immune to seasonal effects like freezing and fire. I don't know if pests can also affect crops in the greenhouses, but my initial guess would have been that crops would be safe.

I would like to suggest that Greenhouses (all 4 of them) have 100% immunity to seasonal hazards and pests. I would like at least one way to have crops that I can just plant, fertilize, then forget for multiple days while expecting them to be fully healthy when I return. I don't mind the hazards and pest too much on the main farm, but since I got the greenhouses I now deactivate those features because it is too much of a hassle in there.
