Anyone can help me where should I try to catch this? I saw so many different options where should I try so I'm not sure anymore.

I could be wrong but I'm fairly sure it's a random chance of getting a museum item whenever you fish. If you're aiming to do the seasonal fish and fill the museum it'll probably happen by accident.

Unfortunately the wraith is correct. They're all random.
Only advice I can give is not to bubble fish, the bubble doesn't catch those.
