Vivi 5 Heart Event

I got Vivi to more than 5 Hearts now, it should start an Event at "the fountain"
I guess, they mean the wish fountain in the middle of Sun Haven? That increases your mana by 4 once a week?
Well, the event never comes up. I walk around the fountain, on different days and different times, but it never comes.
Am i missing something or is it just bugged?

You're definetely at the right place, but I think those "occurs at 5 hearts"- thing is more of a guideline than set in stone.
I had that event at 4 hearts and a bit - here is proof... (fair warning: german inside)

The event triggers at about 9:00 minutes, but you can see the hearts at 8:25 minutes.

If they didn't introduce a new bug, it should trigger eventually, just go on.
