#1: Every time I put on a helmet my ears would default to human.
#2: I was now forced into invincible mode regardless of the setting in options.
Prior to changing race, everything was fine.
To confirm this suspicion further my friend later decided to try changing race from Elf to Demon because they liked how Demons looked with some of the later game outfits. She had no bugs before this visually at all and to her apparently my ears going missing was never happening this is a visual bug to the host of just the player playing the character.
From this point after she had changed race this is what happened
#1: Every time she put a helmet on and take it back off her demon horns would disappear and she would have elf horns. This would also occur with the wings after equipping a cape and taking it back off, she would then have elf wings as a demon.
#2: She too was now invincible regardless of invincible being turned off or on in the options.
I wouldn't be so sure of this if it wasn't for player 2 in this scenario. Hopefully this'll help you guys avoid it and if the devs see this message; help isolate the bug.
TLDR: Changing race mid-game will introduce a number of bugs. Cataclysm will stop working, you will become invincible and your race changes are not permanent visually if you change equipment. Visually you will be your new customisation the way it was intended to everyone else when changing equipment, but not to yourself.
Edit: This is a multiplayer exclusive bug. To fix it simply run the game in Singleplayer for a moment, exit, go back into multiplayer and you are fine. This will fix all 3 of these bugs entirely until you re-use the salon.
